Round table Learnings of Interim Management

On June 23rd 2020, BizMed Solutions in collaboration with Smelt Human Capital organized a 1st round table with senior executives from the Dutch and European Pharma and Medical Device industry.

Topic of the round table was transformation of care, becoming more complex and less predictable, accelerated by the COVID-19 crisis. The group discussed how organizations need to adapt to these more challenging market circumstances that changes communication frequency and channels with the health care professionals.
A concrete business case of an interim assignment was shared with the group which created enriching insights and demonstrated the added value of interim management professionals.
This new initiative was appreciated by all participants and Smelt & BizMed Solutions are encouraged to organize a cycle of more of these exchanges around the learnings of interim management.
